Word Processing - Newsletters, Resumes, Books Manuscripts
I can handle all of your typing needs. I am an expert in word processing and have over 25 years experience. I can type and format Newsletters, Resumes, Books, Manuscripts, Manuals, Proposals and anything else that you would need in a professional form.

Desktop Publishing
I can format and design Brochures, Flyers, Business Cards, Invitations, Marketing Materials, Stationary Announcements, Certificates and more. They will be submitted to you for your approval and changed as needed. You may send samples to me to get your exact needs.

Internet Research
If you have something that needs to be researched, I can look for the information for you, saving you hours of time researching it. I will write a report for you giving you the information that I have found.

Event Planning
I can provide all the arrangements for different events, such as Meetings, Parties, Seminars, Conferences, Cocktail Events, and Showers. I can arrange speakers, prepare literature, Make reservations, and do the planning that goes into the event.

Appointment setting
Meetings can be scheduled by telephone or email for you in a timely manner. By both of us working off the same calendar we can keep track of all appointments scheduled.

Transcription
Just send me your tape and your document will be transcribed and printed out for your approval.

Gift Baskets
Gift baskets are a great way to thank clients for their business. I can make up any size, with your theme or theirs and have them delivered or sent directly to their homes.

Special Projects
Nothing is too large or too small for me to do. I take pride in your product and will be glad to help you with special projects that you or your staff do not have time to work on.

Rates


First consultation up to an hour is FREE so call me at 303 741 2343 or cathysvirtualoffice.com. I will be happy to discuss your needs with you.

Hourly rates will be billed in quarter-hour increments. Invoices will reflect reimbursement for expenses associated with the project. Billing is done every two weeks and payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
